Obituary for Marine Member: Gerald Wood

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of one of our members Gerald Wood. The following is from his daughter and speaks for itself about our great Marine Brother Gerald:

He passed January 10th in Brooksville, Florida. He was a very proud Marine to the end. He always spoke with great pride about his days in North Carolina working on the Toys for Tots campaign with granddaughter Ryanne Bird and her bicycle donations. One of his most proud moments was being honored as Grand Marshal of the Veterans Day Parade and cutting the cake at the Marine Corps Birthday Celebration. He truly lived a life of servitude which he instilled in all of his children and grandchildren. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of his well lived life, he was so proud.
